Policies & Procedures.


CATERING SERVICES

Outside caterers and food can be brought in.

DECORATING

The RRCC does allow certain items to be attached to the walls or ceilings of any meeting or banquet room.

DEPOSITS

A $200 rental deposit is required upon written confirmation of your reservation. Room rental fee and beverage charges are due 3 days prior to your event. Following your event, any remaining balance will be billed and due upon receipt. The $200.00 damage deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the facility by RRCC Management and upon collection of any outstanding fees owed to the RRCC. Damages will be subtracted from damage deposit based on replacement/cleaning estimates of damaged items/areas.

ENTERTAINMENT

All entertainment is allowed to play until 12:00 a.m. All groups must vacate the premises by 1:00 a.m.

PARKING

The RRCC's parking lot is available to your guests free of charge. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the parking lot or outside the building.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT

The RRCC will use its best efforts to accommodate your event with specified rooms. However, should the circumstances warrant, the RRCC reserves the right to move your event from one room to another. Advance notification will be made should this arise.

SMOKING 

Smoking is permitted in the RRCC only in designated areas.

STORAGE

The RRCC will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise and/or items stored on the RRCC premises before, during or after an event.

TAXES & TIP

All applicable sales taxes and 15% tip will be added to your final food and beverage bill.

The Range Recreation Civic Center is a 3.5 million-dollar facility located in Eveleth (next to the Hockey Hall of Fame). The "RRCC" was built in conjunction with the Cities of Eveleth, Gilbert, Virginia, Mt. Iron and the Curl Mesabi Organization with a state grant funded through the "Mighty Ducks" Grant Program obtained with the assistance of area Legislators Tom Rukavina and Jerry Janezich.
